Efficacy Of Metformin And Diane-35 Therapy To The Women Of Child-Bearing Age With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:In this study,effect of metformin combine with Diane-35 P-COS women of childbearing age were analyzed in order to explore more effective treatments,guide clinical treatments.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the 68 PCOS women of child-b-earing age who accepted diagnosis and treatment in October 2012-Marc-h 2015 in outpatient departments of Department of Endocrinology and m etabolism and D-epartment of Endocrinology in Guangxi Medical Universit-y First Affiliated Hospital,age 26.62±4.36,including the patients with no tr-eatment in 20 cases (control group),he patients with metformin treatment in 19 cases(Metformin group),the patients with diane 35 treatment in 13 c-ases(Diane-35group),the patients with metformin combine with Diane-35 t-reatment in 16 cases(combination therapy group),made a detailed record of sex hormone examination (FSH, LH,T), fasting insulin, fasting glucose, BMI data for the control group during the follow-up period and treated g-roup before and after treatment, compared the changes in the disease pro -cess of the data of the above groups, analyzed the efficacy of metformin combine with Diane-35 therapy to PCOS.Results:Metformin group’s FINS before and after treatment were 18.0 8(5.49-78.15)mIU/L vs 10.43(3.96-61.64)mIU/L(p<0.05);IR before and after treatment were 3.75(1.07-16.32)vs 2.31(0.78-13.89)(p<0.05);BMI before an d after treatment were 26.29+6.26 vs 24.73±5.23(p<0.05).Diane-35 grou p’s T before and after treatment were 0.80(0.32-2.57)ng/ml vs 0.61(0.16-1. 79)ng/ml(p<0.05);FINS before and after treatment were 15.16(3.28-29.52)m IU/L vs 17.01(4.03-35.07)mIU/L(p<0.05);BMI before and after treatment w ere 25.56±5.57 vs 27.04±4.94(p<0.05).Metformin combine with Diane-35 group’s LH/FSH before and after treatment were 1.92(0.29-3.58) vs 1.17(0. 16-2.53)(p<0.05);T before and after treatment were 0.78(0.31-1.24)ng/ml vs 0.57(0.24-0.90)ng/ml(p<0.05);FPG before and after treatment were 4.95± 0.43 mmol/L vs 4.68±0.47mmol/L(p<0.05);FINS before and after treatmen t were 17.99(3.27-77.39)mIU/L vs 10.05(4.32-25.80)mIU/L(p<0.05);IR befor e and after treatment were 3.95(0.69-14.76) vs 2.54(0.99-5.38)(p<0.05);BM I before and after treatment were 27.19±6.96 vs 25.54+6.08(p<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of PCOS of child-bearing age,metformin can reduces FINS, IR, BMI; Diane-35 can reduces the level of T; metf-ormin combine with Diane-35 can simultaneously improve the levels of F-PG, FINS, IR, BMI and LH/FSH, T.
