Objective:To investigate the present state of Potential metabolic drug interactions mediated by CYP450 in the hospitalized senile patients and establish database of common metabolic drug interactions.Methods:Guided by the enzymology, collected medical records of 1260 senile patients in the department of neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, respiratory from 2015-1-01 to 2015-5-31. Refered to the basic condition of patients, diagnosis, drug use. Established database, used SPSS for data processing, and analysised metabolic drug interactions.Results:1, Sick coexistence in senile patients was common, and there was a high incidence of hypertension, diabetes, cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease. Suffering from 2-4 kinds of disease at the same time was the most (56.9%); only6.3%suffered from a disease.2, polypharmacy was very common in senile patients. Most of the patiens used 11~20 kinds of drugs, accounting for 42.4%; There were only 10 patients with one drug, accounting for 0.8%.3, Frequency of the top 10 was followed by statin drug, proton pump inhibitors, aspirin, calcium antagonists, quinolone, clopidogrel, ginkgo biloba extract, beta blockers, theophylline, alprazolam.4,Potential metabolic drug interactions had a high incidence in senile patients,1002 cases may occur one or more than one potential metabolic drug interactiom accounting for about 79.5%.,5, Clopidogrel, statins, aspirin, ginkgo biloba extract, PPI,theophylline, quinolone, calcium antagonists were the most prone to drug-interactions.6,Irrational drug use was common in each department.7, There was no difference(P>0.05) between male and female in the kinds of diagnosis and medications.8,The kinds of diagnosis and medications were positively related with age.Conclusion:clinicians should be familiar with and mastering the enzymology to guide the clinical medication. Try to reduce or even avoid adverse effects due to metabolic drug interactions and reduce the occurrence of drug-induced diseases.
