Comparison of two groups of incision length, intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative bilirubin, AST, ALT, length of hospital stay. Results: There was no evident difference in the general information and tumor size of the right liver resection of the tumor cases, in the aspect of incision, postoperative exhaust time has obvious superiority, beneficial to reduce serious complications occurred. In the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, the length of time the has no significant statistical difference. Conclusion: Both laparoscopic hepatectomy and open hepatectomy is safe and feasible, and the small incision, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, trauma, postoperative recovery of the body in particular superiority.
