Objective: The severity of Coronary Artery Atherosclerosis will influence the prognosis of people who with Coronary Heart Disease(CHD). The coronary disease severity can be found through invasive or large equipment check and evaluate the state of illness. But we are want to look for a simple, economic and reliable serological indexes to preliminary screening and evaluation of coronary artery stenosis degree. Many study manifest Lipoprotein(a),Cystatin C are associated with coronary artery lesions. This research analysis the relationship Lipoprotein(a), Cystatin C level with Gensini score, which reflects coronary artery stenosis degree, to explore Lipoprotein(a), Cystatin C reflect the ability of coronary artery stenosis.Methods:407cases of inpatients suspected CHD for coronary angiography(CAG) examination was chose and divided into two groups:CHD group(n=253) and non-CHD group(n=154).The patients were further divided into three groups including single-vessel disease group(n=120),double-vessel disease group(n=73) and multi-vessels group(n=60).The evaluation of coronary artery stenosis degree through Gensini score method. what’s more, all patient were divided into four groups according to Gensini score from low to high score, first group 0-P25(n=58)、second group P26-P50(n=90)、third group P51-P75(n=66)、fourth group P76-P100(n=39).Determination of all the patients with fasting plasma glucose(FPG), triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), low density lipoprotein(LDL), serum creatinine(SCR), urea nitrogen(BUN), lipoprotein(a), Cys C and blood homocysteine, analysis the significance of lipoprotein a and Cys-C in the different groups. And the correlation between Lipoprotein(a), Cystatin C and Gensini score. Results:There are no difference between CHD group and non- CHD group in age, TG、TC、SCR、BUN(P>0.05).The number of male in CHD group are more than non- CHD group(P<0.05). FPG、LDL、Cys-C、LP(a)、HCY level in CHD group are more than non- CHD group(P<0.05).HDL have a lowwer level in CHD group compare with non- CHD group(P<0.05).There are no difference between CHD group and non- CHD group in gender, age, FPG,TG,TC,HDL,LDL,SCR,BUN(P>0.05).The levels of Cys-C、LP(a)、HCY of double-vessel disease group were significantly higher than single-vessel disease group(P<0.05).There are no difference between single-vessel disease group and multi-vessels group in gender, age, FPG,TC,SCR,BUN(P>0.05).The levels of TG、LDL, Cys-C,LP(a),HCY of multi-vessel disease group were significantly higher than single-vessel disease group(P<0.05).The levels of HDL of multi-vessel disease group were significantly lower than single-vessel disease group(P<0.05).No significant difference in gender, age, FPG, TC, LDL, Cys-C,SCR,BUN was found among double-vessel disease group and multi-vessels disease group(P>0.05).The levels of TG,HDL,LP(a),HCY of double-vessel disease group were significantly higher than single-vessel disease group(P<0.05).The levels of HDL of multi-vessel disease group were significantly lower than double-vessel disease group(P < 0.05).With the development of Gensini score, lipoprotein(a) level increased gradually. Lipoprotein(a) were positively associated with Gensini score(r=0.443,P<0.01). Cys-C were positively associated with Gensini score(r=0.431,P<0.01).Conclusions:(1) Lipoprotein(a), Cystatin C level in CHD group higher than non-CHD group.(2) With the increase of the lesion counts, lipoprotein(a) have a higher concentration. Cystatin C level in double-vessel disease group higher than single-vessel disease group. Cystatin C level in multi-vessel disease group higher than single-vessel disease group.(3) Lipoprotein(a),Cystatin C level in High Gensini score group higher than low Gensini score group.
