The Clinical Study Of Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid Solution In The Treatment Of Lung And Stomach Heat Syndrome Of Pediatric Acute Pharyngitis And Tonsillitis

ObjectiveTo evaluation the effectiveness of different doses of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid in the treatment of lung and stomach heatsyndrome of pediatric acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis, and to observe the security of its clinical application.MethodsUsing randomized block, double-blind, positive drug and placebo parallel control, dose to explore the clinical research. Through drug random blind divided into the experiment the high dose group, low dose group, positive control group and the placebo group, the number of cases compared with 2:2:1:1. A total of 42 cases, in which the experimental low-dose group, high dose group each test in 14 cases, positive control group and the placebo group,7 cases, experimental high dose group and low dose group were administered different doses of. Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid, Positive drug control group taking drugs pediatric pharyngeal flat particles, the placebo group received simulated agents are taking five days, by observing the indicators in each group, by observing the group among the groups, the group before and after treatment pharyngeal irritation, sore throat and other indicators to evaluate its effectiveness and safety.ResultsThe statistical analysis showed that:in effect on pharyngeal swelling test, high dose group, the total effective rate was 85.71%, the test of low dose group was 85.71%, the positive drug control group was 100% and 14.29% in the placebo group; and sore throat symptoms improve the total efficiency of the test was 100% in the high dosage group, low dose of test group was 100%, positive drug control was 100% and 28.57% in the placebo group; TCM syndrome curative effect the total effective rate of treatment was 92.86% in the high dosage group, low dose of test group was 100%, the positive drug control group was 100% and 14.29% in the placebo group; two two comparison between groups, high dose group, low dose group and positive control group in the 3 groups pharyngeal redness, sore throat, TCM syndrome curative effect, there was no significant difference between the groups, but the test test of high dose group, low dose group, positive control group and placebo group were compared, both in the throat, sore throat and swollen, also is the efficacy of TCM on both. No adverse reactions were observed in all groups during the experiment, no significant pathological changes in liver and kidney function and ECG were observed.Gonclusion1. Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid can obviously improve the children with acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis (lung stomach excess heat syndrome) pharyngeal redness, sore throat and other clinical symptoms and its effectiveness and children pharyngeal flat particles similar. 2. Taking different doses (high dose, low dose) of Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid on acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis are effective, and both of them had no statistical difference.3. Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid has better security.
