ObjectiveIn this study, we collected children CVA patients and at the same time, the meteorological factors of the data, statistical analysis, attempts to explore the incidence of children CVA in the 24 solar terms in the distribution and the meteorological factors correlation analysis CVA in the 24 solar terms in the process of transformation of pathogenesis regularity, clarify its influencing factors, and based on the meteorological service, by changing the dress, regulating artificial environment or taking preventive drugs to prevent the occurrence of CVA.MethodIn 405 cases collected in January 2015 20 to 2016 January 21 in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital pediatric clinic, in line with the diagnostic criteria of CVA patients medical records, meteorological data obtained from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, including November 2014 on November 21, 22 to 2015 the daily surface meteorological data, including daily half hourly temperature, pressure, humidity, wind speed. Collecting clinical data and daily meteorological data, the database was established by using SPSS statistics 21. And then the statistics of each solar terms of CVA incidence and the meteorological data of each solar term average, including seasonal average temperature, solar term average daily temperature, solar terms mean relative humidity, solar term average air pressure, average wind speed of throttle, comprehensive analysis and comparison. In this study, we used the circular distribution method to calculate the time of onset of the average angle, and the distribution of the number of patients with CVA to infer whether there is a trend of solar term concentration. Pearson linear correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between meteorological factors and the incidence of CVA in children. The regression analysis is used in this study as multiple linear regression, the dependent variable is set to the number of incidence, the meteorological factors as the independent variable, the independent variable selection.Results(1) In this study, the population of children with CVA in the twenty-four solar term has a significant trend, the various solar terms of the incidence of pediatric CVA has its own laws. Children with CVA incidence higher for snow, snow, Guyu solar term of spring. CVA incidence peaked in the snow before and after and keep a certain incidence rate of, after the vernal equinox will fall concussion, and in the Guyu and slight respectively, to obtain a small peak, Chushu for the low number of incidence of the Yiershisi solar cycle, in the summer to the autumn equinox between incidence of wandering in a lower region, followed by a gradual rise.(2) In various meteorological factors, the incidence of CVA in children and the meteorological factors of each solar term correlation, correlation analysis shows that the average relative humidity is negatively correlated with the average relative humidity, and the average pressure of the solar term is positive correlation. Multiple stepwise regression showed that the greatest impact on the incidence of CVA in children is the average relative humidity, followed by the average daily temperature difference. The most concentrated in the incidence of heavy snow, the twenty-four solar term in the extreme climate of the time period, the performance of extreme low temperature, extreme minimum relative humidity, extreme maximum wind speed, extreme maximum pressure. At the same time, the incidence is low Xiaoman and Chushu, is also part of the extreme meteorological factors from time, extreme high temperature, extreme maximum air pressure. The environment that the peak of the incidence of CVA in this study population was low relative humidity and high pressure environment.ConclusionThe study population, children with CVA has a obvious 24 solar terms regularity, to prevent the onset of CVA, should be combined with the local weather service, under the environment of low humidity, high pressure, especially in the snow, snow, spring, Guyu throttle to strengthen protection for children, pay attention to timely add clothing, prevention of drug use and other. In high humidity and low pressure environment, the incidence of CVA in children is low, which can provide a possible direction for the prevention and treatment of CVA in children.Each region has its unique climate characteristics, each year 24 solar terms of yin and Yang, five movements and six gas and climate model has its rules, Chinese medicine treatment from the angle of shall be according to different periods presented the characteristics of the disease dialectical theory of governance, provide further theoretical basis for improve the level of prevention and treatment.In this paper, there are still shortcomings, to be further improved.
