Objective(1)The different parts of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Stellariae and Radix Angel icae Sinensis. were quantitatively measured. The morphological evaluation system based on the standard of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Stellariae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis was established. (2)Based on the profile analysis of the data of different tissues in the different parts of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Stellariae and Radix Angel icae Sinensis, the stability and the origin of the species of the three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were studied. (3)By histochemical significant color positioning or literature, chemical composition as a component related indicators, selection and index components related to the morphology and structure of as morphological parameters and to study the effect of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Stellariae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis in medicine morphology and chemical composition of the correlation.Methods(1)Will be different origin of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Stellariae according to the length of the average divided into the head, middle and tail of three parts, according to the "The Republic of China Pharmacopoeia" 2015 edition is divided into Chinese angelica, angelica body, angelica tail three parts.(2)The tissue measured by stereology method of Chinese herbal medicines in different regions and different position trace value; the relative content and UV-Spectrophotometric Determination of effective ingredients in different parts of the. (3)Use SPSS19.0 statistical software profile analysis of Chinese traditional medicine the organization form, organization form and chemical composition of Chinese medicinal materials for correlation analysis.Results(1)Three origin of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae each tissue volume fraction, vessel Feret diameter have significant difference, but the same range. The content of angelica ferulic acid and angelica xylem volume fraction, the oil chamber volume fraction was significantly positively related.ConclusionMedicinal materials by using profile analysis the Morphology parameters can be simple, fully reflect the specificity and stability of the species of origin of different origin herbs, can differentiate different regions as medicinal herbs morphology analysis method. Tissue morphological parameters were related to the content of the components of Chinese medicinal herbs to a certain extent.The correlation analysis of the tissue morphology and chemical composition of Chinese medicinal materials can provide an objective and effective new way for the comprehensive quality evaluation of Chinese medicinal herbs.
