Clinical Observation On Spleen And Kidney Deficiency DOR Treated With The Strengthening Spleen And Kidney GAOFANG Combined With Femoston

Purpose:The study is designed to observe and analyze the effect in improving clinical symptoms and reproductive endocrine function in the treatment of Spleen and kidney deficiency of DOR treated with the strengthening Spleen and Kidney GAOFANG combined with Femoston, and to preliminarily explore its mechanisms of action of GAOFANG in DOR, hoping to provide an effective and safe treatment way in the aspect of delaying ovarian function declining and preventing ovarian premature aging with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Choose 50 patients who had visited in Jiangsu TCM Hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 and met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on Spleen and kidney deficiency of DOR. A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted. They were average divided into two groups. The test group was given strengthening the Spleen and Kidney GAOFANG and Femoston, while the control group was given Femoston only. They were cured constantly for three months. Then observe the change of clinical symptoms and the indexes of bFSH, bLH, bE2, FSH/LH, AMH, OV and AFC before and after the treatment. The curative effect was evaluated with the grading method and analyzed statistically.Results:The treatment of strengthening the Spleen and Kidney GAOFANG with Femoston were significantly better than the Femoston group in improving menstrual condition and TCM syndrome, decreasing serum FSH, LH values, elevating E2, AMH values, increasing AFC and total efficacy (P<0.05). But there was no statistical difference between the two groups in increasing OV (P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of strengthening the Spleen and Kidney GAOFANG with Femoston is an effective, persistent method of treatment. It can be popularized in clinical application as a method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in DOR. It can promote the recovery of ovarian function and delay aging of ovary, the possible mechanism may be:promoting ovarian and uterus local blood circulation, to ensure the blood supply of the patients with ovarian uterus. Part of traditional Chinese medicine has the class estrogen-like two-ways adjustment; adjusting the HPOA, to enhance the capacity of cell transformation, and then adjust the content of sex hormones, etc.
