The Clinical Study Of The Nourishing-Yin-and-Dredging-Collateral Formula’s Intervention To Flammatory Factors And Clotting Mechanism In Recovery Period Of Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveExplore the Nourishing-Yin-and-Dredging-Collateral formula on cerebral infarction recovery effect of patients with neurological symptoms and signs and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and safety evaluation.MethodsThe trial included 60 patients that met the inclusion criteria, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group have 30 people. Observation group were given Nourishing-Yin-and-Dredging-Collateral formula and envelope medicine foundation treatment and foundation medicine treatment. The control group only give medicine. There are 30 days to observation. Observe the changes before and after treatment of inflammatory factors and Blood coagulation function and others. Evaluate efficacy of TCM symptoms score and clinical neurological deficit score. Statistical and analysis of the results of treatment to the two groups. Then evaluate the efficacy.ResultsThere have no significant statistical difference between observation group and control group in age、sex、TCM symptoms score before treatment and neurological deficit score before treatment (P>0.05). The two groups were comparable. After treatment, the degree of decline of observation group’s TCM symptoms score are higher than control group (P< 0.05).But neurological deficit score have no significant difference between observation group and control group (P>0.05). The improvement of WBC、hs-CRP、D-D、FIB、IL-6 in observation group are better than control group after treatment (P≤ 0.05). But the improvement of TNF-a have no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).The TCM clinical symptom scores show:the total efficiency of observation group are higher than control group, The obvious rate^ effective rate of observation group are higher than control group (P<0.05). There are 2 cases of recovered,10 cases of obvious effect,16 cases of common effect,2 cases of invalid, the total effective number is 28, the total efficiency is 98% in observation group. There are 0 cases of recovered,3 cases of obvious effect,23 cases of effect,2 cases of invalid, the total effective number is 26, the total efficiency is 86% in observation group. The clinical neurological deficit score show:the total efficiency of observation group are higher than control group, the number of significant progress、the number of common progress are higher than control group (P<0.05). There are 1 cases of recovered,8 cases of significant progress,18 cases of progress,3 cases of invalid,0 cases of exacerbation, the total effective number is 27, the total efficiency is 90% in observation group. There are 0 cases of recovered,2 cases of significant progress,22 cases of common progress,5 cases of invalid,1 cases of exacerbation, the total effective number is 24, the total efficiency is 80% in control group.Conclusion1. The Nourishing-Yin-and-Dredging-Collateral formula can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of TCM;2 Nourishing-Yin-and-Dredging-Collateral formula is safe and effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction;3 Nourishing-Yin-and-Dredging-Collateral formula can reduce the cerebral infarction Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with WBC、hs-CRP、IL-6、D-D、FIB;...
