Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Decoction On The 3 Rd Stage Of Diabetic Nephropathy Of Qi Yin Deficiency With Shen Lou Yu Zu Curative Effect And The Effect On MCP-1

Background:Diabetic nephropathy is one of the common complications of diabetes,and the 3 phase of diabetic nephropathy is the earliest stage of diabetic nephropathy which can be diagnosed by routine clinical examination.This period if the timely and effective treatment,can reverse the kidney damage,delay the progress of the disease.Western medicine treatment of early diabetic nephropathy mainly uses ACEI and ARB,but the effect is not good. Traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a more obvious effect. Our basis for early diabetic nephropathy seen Qi and yin deficiency, Yu Zu Shen Luo characteristics, establish the Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo treatment, and formulate the Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo recipe to treat the 3 phase of diabetic nephropathy Qi and Yin deficiency,Yu Zu Shen Luo patients.Objective:This study through before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms (dry mouth, polydipsia, polyuri of the 3 phase of diabetic nephropathy Qi and Yin deficiency, Yu Zu Shen Luo a, etc.), TCM syndrome score and examination (urine albumin, renal function and urinary MCP-1 level) were observed, the objective evaluation of Supplementing the Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo treatment of the 3 phase of diabetic nephropathy Qi and Yin deficiency, Yu Zu Shen Luo in patients with clinical efficacy, and explore it may have anti-inflammatory mechanism.Methods:Set up the experimental group and control group,48 cases in the 3rd stage of diabetic nephropathy with Qi and Yin deficient, Yu Zu Shen Luo patients, on the basis of conventional therapy, patients in control group were treated with valsartan, of the experimental group were treated with valsartan combined with traditional Chinese medicine of Supplementing the Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo recipe in treatment, a course of 12 weeks, observe and analyze statistical indicators of patients tested, compared two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral, urinary microalbumin and FPQ 2hPG,SCR, bun, urinary MCP-1 level changes.Results:1, clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of control group was 47.92%, the total effective rate of treatment group was 89.58%. Comparison of the therapeutic effects in the two groups had statistical differences (P< 0.05) 2, syndrome of TCM improvement:two groups before and after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score difference difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the treatment group patients thirsty, polydipsia, red tongue without fur syndrome disappeared a few higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance (P< 0.05).3, The urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), serum creatinine (CR), blood urea nitrogen (BUN):according to the before and after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) test, P< 0.05 derived. There was a significant difference, that effect is obvious; the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial 2 hour plasma glucose (2hPG) test, and also obtain P< 0.05, the effect is remarkable, for comparison with the serum creatinine (CR), urea nitrogen (BUN) and other indicators before and after the experiment, two groups no significant difference (P> 0.05).4, the influence of urinary MCP-1:of urinary MCP-1, before and after experiments, the experimental group patients with urinary MCP-1 level compared with those before treatment were significantly lower (P< 0.01) and the urinary MCP-1 level of patients in the experimental group compared with the control group also significantly reduced (P< 0.01).Conclusions:Using Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Decoction "in the treatment of DN3 gas Yin deficiency clip stasis patients, can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, improve dry mouth, drink more, red tongue, little moss and other syndromes, reduce patients with the urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), FPG,2hPG, its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of renal dirty tissue cells to produce MCP-1 to reduce the inflammatory response.
