Research Background:Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in urology clinical medicine, is a direct threat to patients’survival. [1]. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TUR-BT) is the main treatment of superficial bladder cancer, theoretically TUR-BT operation can be completely removed the Normuscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC), TUR-BT is at present the gold standard for NMIBC, but in clinical practice, TUR-BT has nearly half of the patients recur in 12 months [2,3], the recurrence rate is quite high, therefore, how to prevent or reduce the recurrence of bladder cancer in this area is an urgent need to solve. At present, bladder priming chemotherapy drugs is the most commonly used method to prevent recurrence of TUR-BT.Satisfied bladder priming drug should have high sensitivity for tumor cells and can quickly reach effective drug concentration in bladder epithelial cells, and small systemic side effects of small features. THP can increase antineoplastic activity significantly, can increase the concentration into tumor target cells, reduce the side effects of normal cell, short half-life, significantly lower cardiac toxicity [4],reduce hair loss、gastrointestinal reaction obviously,THP has been widely used in clinical. Therefore, this research adopts THP as bladder priming chemotherapy drugs. All bladder priming of chemical drugs or immune preparations are difficult to avoid causing urinary frequency, urgency, urine, gastrointestinal reaction. Long time priming chemotherapy drugs can also lead to chemical cystitis and bladder contracture, bone marrow suppression. So, really need a safe and effective treatment to prevent the recurrence of bladder cancer.Bladder cancer pathogenesis has a close relationship with lung, spleen, kidney, the sanjiao (triple energizer) in Chinese medience theory.According to our hospital’s urgical department, the weak of vital enegry cause the postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer, yiqi, lishi and detoxification are the basis treatment of bladder cancer, and add Kangzheng particles on the basis treatment. Our hospital’s urology department through the 60 cases of clinical observation found that on the basis of the normal bladder priming THP combined Kanzheng particles can decrease the recurrence rate of TUR-BT, and significantly reduce urinary frequency, urgency, with macroscopic haematuria, gastrointestinal tract reaction, low thermal after bladder perfusion THP, this way can improve patient’s quality of life. This study will provide objective basis to prevent or reduce the recurrence of bladder cancer for Chinese medicine, this study has an important theoretical and realistic significance.Research purpose:to observe the relapse of bladder cancer after Kanzheng particles joint bladder primingTHP, reduce chemotherapy drug’s side effects, improve patient’s quality of life.Research results:1. The postoperative recurrence rate of Kanzheng particles joint bladder priming THP is lower than the pure bladder priming THP group.2. With simple bladder priming THP group comparison, the Kanzheng particles joint bladder priming THP can significantly reduce the chemotherapy drug’s side effects, improve patient’s quality of life.Research conclusion:Kangzheng particles joint bladder priming THP can obviously reduce the postoperative recurrence rate, reduce the incidence rate of urinary frequency, urgency, naked eye hematuria, fever, nausea and abnormal routine urine after bladder priming, improve patient’s quality of life. Therefore, Kangzheng particles joint bladder priming THP obviously effects the prevention of bladder cancer, relieve patients’ pain, this way is worthy of clinical application.
