Objectives Non-muscular invasive bladder cancer can be divided into different risks according to the size, grade and whether the bladder tumor is the first one.Different postoperative perfusion schemes can be used for different risks of bladder cancer. For lowrisk bladder cancer, there are two main clinical perfusion schemes,This study compared and analyzed the clinical efficacy of immediate bladder perfusion and maintenance bladder perfusion in patients with low-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer, providing guidance for postoperative perfusion of low-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on low-risk non-musculoskeletal invasive bladder cancer patients admitted to the department of Urology of Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from January 2016 to December 2017,126 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected,All patients underwent transurethral cystectomy for bladder tumor, with 54 patients receiving immediate perfusion and 72 patients receiving maintenance perfusion.Immediate perfusion and maintenance perfusion with piroxacin 50 mg were received postoperatively, respectively. The tumor recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared after 24 months of observation and follow-up.Results The 2-year recurrence rate was 11%(6/54)in group A.The 2-year recurrence rate was 8.3%(6/72)in group B.There was no significant difference in 2-year recurrence rate between the two groups(P >0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 13%(7/54)in group A and 34.7%(25/72)in group B.The adverse reaction rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 For patients with low-risk NMIBC,compared with immediate postoperative bladder perfusion,long-term maintenance of bladder perfusion does not reduce the recurrence rate of tumor, but rather brings more adverse reactions and increases the economic burden of patients.Taking all things into consideration,it is recommended to conduct a single immediate perfusion after low-risk NMIBC.2 NMIBC patients should be informed in advance of the high risk of postoperative recurrence and the necessity of bladder perfusion,as well as the possible adverse reactions and corresponding treatment measures after perfusion.3 During bladder perfusion, the aseptic operation should be strictly observed to minimize the adverse reactions caused by the perfusion operation and increase the rigor of the experiment.Figure0;Table3;Reference 105...
