Clinical Observation On Follicular Development Treated With Tonifying Kidney And Promoting Blood In Two Different Points

Objectives:In order to observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and promoting blood in two different points with patients of ovulatory infertility. Evaluating the influence of this method,and approch the mechanism of action with the literature research.Exploring a more efficient treament of anovulation infertility by the chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and promoting blood.Method:Select 40 Patients of anovulation infertility who must be fitting the standard of the intenalize case in jiangsu province hospital of reproductive medicine clinics between Apirl 2015 to March 2016.In follicular phase,the main treatment is tonifying yin.The experimental group combine promoting blood in later stage,different from the matched group with promoting blood in early stage. The dominant follicle diameter size and rate of growth,serum sex hormone levels (E2,FSH,LH),platelet aggregation rate of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment in patients with anovulatory infertility ovulation were measured.Result:Two groups after treatment in follicular development speed,the advantage of follicle diameter,the cervical mucus score oviposit period,ovulation rate was obviously improved,P< 0.05,and these facts after treatment was compared between groups,treatment group has better effective,it was statistical significance(P<0.05).Results of experimental group:follicular development speed was 1.54±0.37 mm/d,dominant follicle diameter was 17.35±2.01 mm,the cervical mucus score was 8.60±2.48,ovulation rate was 71.95%.Comparative analysis to detect hormone levels:two groups with E2,LH after treatment was increased,and there was significant difference (P<0.05),but the effect of the treatment group was better and it was significant difference (P<0.05); FSH after treatment was increased slightly,but there was no significant difference (P>0.05),whatever the treatment group or the control group;levels of ADP of Two groups were significantly reduced,P<0.05,but there was no significant difference between groups compared after treatment. At the same time,two groups of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were also significantly improved more than 80%.Finally,the treatment group had 4 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 20%,the control group had 3 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 15%,there was no significant difference.ConClusion:The enching kindey and inducing ovulationg decoction is based on reinforing kindey to strengthen yin,activiting blood to Promote menstrution,making yin-yang balance of organism,qi-blood smoothing,entrails orthofunction,accordingly repair the Physiological function of HPOA,Promoting the follicular development and ovulationg,adjusting the level of endocrine.By tonifying kidney as the basic therapeutic principles in follicular phase,with adjusting the time of applying Chinese medicinal herbs of enriching the blood and invigorating the circulation of blood in the middle-late time has more advantages to improve the level of E2, FSH, LH,restore the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian-axis function, as well as can lower levels of ADP to improve ovarian blood supply to promote the follicular development,so that can inprove ovulation rate and reduce periodicity follicles with no response.
