The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Kidney-deficiency And Collateral-obstruction Syndrome To Ankylosing Spondylitis With YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion

Purpose:YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion was created by Professor Jin Shi who summarized clinical experience. After clinical validation, the prescription did have the short term curative effect. We hope to collect more clinical samples, by a standardized clinical criteria, observe short-term effect, in order to further confirm the validity of YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion, meanwhile, hope through this clinical study, initially reveal the mechanism of YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion. Clinical studies YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion, both on the academic experience of Prof. Jin inherit and carry forward, but also lay the foundation for YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion drug research, in order to better serve the majority of patients with AS services.Method:The clinical observation method to collect Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM rheumatology, general internal medicine, famous doctor hall clinic from March 2015 to January 2016 for treatment of 60 cases AS patients with kidney-deficiency and collaterals-obstruction type,divide into treatment group and control group,30 cases each. Treatment group takes YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion (Taxillus chinensis,Millettla,Paeoniae alba, Angelica sinensis, Angelica pubescens,Pubescent angelica,Lycopodium clavatum,Corydalis tuber, centipede),one dose a day, twice after meals,at the same time of taking sulfasalazine tablets,2 times a day,0.5g each time; The control group takes Celebrex,1 time a day,200mg each time, at the same time of taking sulfasalazine tablets,2 times a day,0.5g each time. Three months of a course of treatment, by TCM syndrome, VAS of arthralgia score, BASDAI index, BASFI index,PGA,VAS of spinal pain at night,activity index, we observe the clinical effects and adverse reactions.Results:1.The treatment group before and after treatment of TCM syndromes and total score have been obviously alleviated(P<0.01); The control group before and after treatment of TCM syndromes include arthralgia of waist,buttock and hip,restricted movement of lumbar and spine,morning stiffness,pain at night, Lumbar spinal pain, cold chills,cold of hand foot and total score have been obviously alleviated(P<0.01), cold chills have been alleviated (P<0.05)2. The treatment group compared with the control group in the integration differential of TCM syndromes, total score,arthralgia of waist,buttock and hip, pain at night, lumbar spinal pain symptom improvement than the control group obviously(P<0.01). Restricted movement of lumbar and spine,morning stiffness, cold chills and cold of hand foot symptom improvement than the control group(P<0.05).3. The treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency in TCM syndromes of 96.7% and 73.3% respectively, the overall efficacy of TCM treatment group is better than the control group, there are a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).4. The treatment group and The control group before and after treatment of Western medicine symptoms include VAS of arthralgia score, PGA,VAS of spinal pain at nigh, BASDAI, BASFI have been obviously alleviated(P<0.01).5. The treatment group compared with the control group in the integration differential of Western medicine symptoms, VAS of arthralgia score, PGA,VAS of spinal pain at nigh,BASDAI index have been obviously alleviated(P<0.01),BASFI index have been alleviated(P<0.05).6. The treatment group and the control group,the total efficiency in Western medicine symptoms of 100% and 83.3% respectively, the efficacy of the treatment group is superior to the control group of diseases, there are a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).7. After 3 months of treatment, the treatment group and the control group ESR, CRP scores significantly reduce than before treatment; the treatment group ESR, CRP compared with the control group have not been significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion can significantly improve AS patients with kidney-deficiency and collaterals-obstruction type.Arthralgia of waist,buttock and hip,restricted movement of lumbar and spine,morning stiffness,pain at night, Lumbar spinal pain, cold chills,cold of hand foot symptoms improved obviously than the control group,.It is safe and stable.fully embodied the advantages of TCM, and fully reveal the YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion treatment of AS with kidney- deficiency and collaterals-obstruction type better effect. Through observing TCM syndromes and curative effect, the overall effective treatment group are higher than the control group, That involving YiShenYang XueQiangJi Decotion exactly the curative effect of treating AS.From above these can infer that the treatment mechanism of YiShenYangXueQiangJi Decotion is connected with anti-inflammation and analgesia,regulation of the immune,improvement proliferation and differentiation of skeletogenous cells.
