Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis With Blood Stasis And Collaterals Obstruction By Activating Blood Circulation And Unblocking Collaterals Combined With Deep Needling Jiaji Acupoint

Objective:In this study,we used the method of activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with acupuncture and deep needling Jiaji point to treat ankylosing spondylitis of the type of blood stasis and blocking collaterals,and observed the changes of syndrome score,efficacy evaluation index and laboratory index before and after treatment,it is proved that the method of activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals in combination with acupuncture and moxibustion at Jiaji point can improve the clinical symptoms,disease activity,related laboratory indexes and pain degree of patients with ankylosing spondylitis of blood stasis type,and improve the curative effect for the treatment of the diseaseMethods:Forty patients who met the criteria for diagnosis of stasis and blood Dyphosis in Chinese medicine were selected,and 40 patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group using the principle of random grouping,with 20 patients in each group.Among them,20 patients in the control group took loxoprofen sodium tablet 1,three times a day,and combined acupuncture at the deep acupoint of Jiaji.The treatment group used the Huoxuetongluo method,taking one dose(300ml)daily,taking it twice a day for half an hour after breakfast and dinner,and taking 150ml at one time,combined with acupuncture at the deep acupoint of Jiaji,for a total of 10 weeks.Based on the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,the efficacy evaluation indicators(thoracic activity,lumbar vertebra activity-Schober,floor distance,occipital wall distance,BASDAI points,BASFI points,and pain VAS points)and laboratory indicators(ESR,CRP)change analysis,using the statistical software SPSS17.0 to sort the collected data,so as to evaluate the treatment of TCM Huoxue Tongluo Therapy combined with acupuncture deep acupoint Jiaji points for the treatment of patients with blood stasis and obstructive spinal cord type Curative effectResults:1.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.After treatment,the improvement of thoracic activity,lumbar spine activity-Schober,finger-to-floor distance,and occipital wall distance were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)3.The BASDAI points,BASFI points,and pain VAS points of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)4.Comparison of laboratory indicators:ESR and CRP indicators decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)5.Comparison of the efficacy of ASAS20 in the two groups after treatment:The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05)6.During the treatment period,no adverse events were observed in the two groups of patientsConclusion:1.The method of activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals combined with acupuncture and moxibustion at Jiaji point has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of Dyphosis with blood stasis2.The method of activating blood and unblocking collaterals combined with deep needling Jiaji point has significant clinical effect on TCM symptom score,thoracic activity,lumbar activity-Schober,finger ground distance,occipital wall distance,BASDAI score,BASFI score,pain VAS score and laboratory index of patients with stasis blocking collaterals.
