Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Supervised Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Of Kidney Deficiency Supervising Cold Type

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of Du moxibustion in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(Dalv)with kidney Governor cold syndrome.Material and method:Observed in September 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital medical records of 66 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients hospitalized with application of nitrogen sulfanilamide pyridine treatment of 38 cases of medical cases and application verifier moxibustion plus willow nitrogen sulfanilamide joint treatment of 28 cases with pyridine,based on the patient’s symptoms and inflammatory indexes before and after the treatment,VAS and ASDAS score change research,observation overseers moxibustion treatment of kidney empty overseers cold type of ankylosing spondylitis the clinical curative effect of rolls for grain(Dalv).Results: In this study,66 patients with the standard were collected,including 44 males and 22 females,aged 22-74 years,with an average age of 41.7 years.1.Intra-group comparison: there was a significant difference in inflammatory index CRP between patients in the treatment group and those before treatment(P < 0.05).For the patient waist,hip,hip pain,morning stiffness,pain at night,afraid of the wind cold syndromes integral,overall VAS score,general back pain VAS score,VAS score,morning stiffness time ASDAS score compared with before treatment,there is a very significant difference(P < 0.01);2.Comparison between groups: there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in waist,buttock,hip pain score,morning numbness syndrome score and before treatment(P < 0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P < 0.05).Two groups after treatment in patients with pain points at night,afraid of the wind afraid of cold,not at the end of the four temperature integral,overall VAS score,general back pain VAS score,VAS score,morning stiffness time ASDAS score,inflammatory index the ESR and CRP compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 75% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group.3.There were significant differences between the scores of low activity after treatment and the scores of waist,hip and hip pain improvement of moderate activity(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between low and moderate activity and high activity waist,hip and hip pain(P > 0.05).Low activity and high activity after treatment Δ ASDAS,in contrast,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);After treatment moderate activity and high activity Δ ASDAS,compared with significant difference(P < 0.05);Low-grade and moderate activities Δ ASDAS,there is a very significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion: 1.It can be superior to improve the TCM syndromes of the patients with the treatment of Du moxibustion and salazosulfapyridine than the single use of Salazosulfylpyridine.2.Du moxibustion can obviously improve the main symptoms of patients with overall backache VAS score,overall VAS score,morning stiffness time VAS score,ASDAS score,CRP,ESR and other inflammatory indicators.3.Du moxibustion is more effective in improving morning stiffness,waist,buttock,hip pain,tiredness and fatigue.4.Du moxibustion has more obvious improvement on waist,buttock and hip pain symptoms of patients with moderate disease activity.
