CT Evaluation Of Hepatic Alveolar Hydatid Disease After Treatment

Objective: Evaluating the efficacy of albendazole drug and the surgical treatment of hepatic alveolar hydatid disease respectively by using imaging relevant indicators, and providing reference data and program guidance to the future clinical work of hepatic alveolar hydatid.Methods: Collected 50 cases of hepatic alveolar hydatid disease patients in our hospital surgery from January 2008 to December 2015,the cases are divided into three groups according to the operation mode, they are radical operation 30 cases, quasi radical operation 12 cases, paracentesis surgery 8 cases, reach group of patients were imaging follow-up, we use hepatic three dynamic contrast-enhanced supplemented by abdominal CT contrast-enhanced scan. We collect the lesions change datas in the time of before surgery, three months after surgery, six months and a year or so, then compared research; at the same time collected drug treatment 50 cases of hepatic alveolar hydatid patients, divided into two groups according to different drugs, they are Albendazole lipid agent 26 cases and Albendazole tablet 24 cases; each group of patients were radiologic followed up respectively within the same period.Results: Comparison between the three surgery display radical surgery and the other surgical methods comparison chi-square test, p <0.05, control of lesions after radical surgery was significantly superior to the other two methods of operation; two drugs efficacy comparison between the rank sum test, p <0.05, while the new lesions of albendazole lipid agent are less than albendazole tablets; The reduction ratio of average diameter of the lesions in patients with lipid agent is higher than tablets patients.Conclusion: Radical surgery is the best in the three operations; Drug treatment of Albendazole lipid agent has good clinical effectiveness than Albendazole tablet.
