Objective:Comparison of excision of internal capsule combined with external sac cavity drainage and hepatic hydatid membrane in intact sac enucleation surgery treatment of hepatic hydatid disease.Method:Through the analysis of the Department of general surgery of our hospital since 2012 January to 2014 January 244cases of hepatic hydatid patients during operation treatment of the data,78 cases with liver hydatid cyst complete resection surgery patients as the non exposure group,166 cases of liver hydatid inner vesicle removal surgery combined with extracapsular residual cavity drainage surgery patients in the exposed group.Record the patient’s age, gender, history of hypertension, diabetes, block diameter, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative with tube time, and postoperative infection after residual cavity infection. The single factor test, Logistic regression analysis adjusted for confounding factors excluding.Result:Postoperative influence infection time and operation method of catheter related risk factors. Age, gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, block size, operative long, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization days and infection, no correlation. Conclusion:Excision of internal capsule combined with external capsule cavity drainage of postoperative residual cavity infection rate was significantly higher than that of complete resection of hepatic cystic echinococcosis.
