The Clinical Observation Of Tangqiankang Capusule In Treatment Of Prediabetes(Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin, Damp And Hot Silt)

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Tangqiankang capsule on prediabetic(deficiency of both qi and yin, damp and hot silt).Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups based on inclusive criteria and diagnostic criteria. Treatment group and control group has 30 patients respectively. The30 patients in treatment group were given life style intervention and Tangqiankang capsule,threes particles each time and threes times per day,while the 30 cases in control group were given only life style intervention. Treatment observation period for 8 weeks. Observed indexes include FPG, 2hPG, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C,BMI,IL-6 and TCM syndrome score.After the test, observe the improvement status of clinical symptoms and related indicators in two groups. SPSS17.0 software is used to analyze the datas.Results:1. The comparison of FPG and 2hPG, Blood glucose value of two groups after treatment comparison were all decreased. Compared after treatment with before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison after treatment in two groups, the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2. In improving the disorder of lipid metabolism, the TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C of two groups after treatment were all improved. Compared after treatment with before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But for improving the disorder of lipid metabolism, the treatment group was better than that of the control group. And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3. The comparison of BMI, After treatment comparison, the values of two groups were all improved. Compared after treatment with before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). But for improving BMI, the treatment group was better than that of the control group. And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4. The comparison of IL-6, After treatment, the values of two groups were all decreased slightly,but the comparison of within group and between groups were found no significant difference(P>0.05).5. The comparison of TCM syndrome, the total effective rate of the treatment group was90%, while the control group was 60%. The treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The comparison of TCM syndrome integral, After treatment, the symptoms and signs of two groups were all improved. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). But for improving the TCM syndrome integral, the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6. The comparison of comprehensive curative effect, the total efficacy in the treatment group was 86.67%, while the control group was 53.33%. The treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).7. The treatment group was found no any adverse reactions.Conclusions:1. Tangqiankang capsule can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with prediabetic and improve the life quality of patients.2. Tangqiankang capsule can well regulate in blood glucose and blood lipid.3. Tangqiankang capsule is helpful to controlling body weight of patients effectively.4. No any adverse reactions was showing in the clinical application of Tangqiankang capsule. The clinical application is safe and reliable.
