Objective:To discuss the relation between original positions of ventricular premature beats and myocardial ischemia in ischemic cardiomyopathyMethods:(1)Selected from January 2010 to December 2014 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region people’s hospital of cardiology patients who were taken mediacal history,physical examination,laboratory examination,eletrocardiogram,chest-X-ray,echocardiogram and so on.150 patientswere divided into ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM) and non myocardial ischemia according to the coronary angiography(CAG)and dynamic electrocardiogram. To the Multi-source ventricular premature beats,we recorded all the original positions what we needed.We recored totally 340 in ICM group and 180 in non myocardial ischemia group.CAG was recorded in ischemic cardiomyopathy group.(2)All the patients were taken dynamic electrocardiogram 24 hours via top version of the 12 lead synchronous dynamic electrocardiogram system produced by Beijing jinke Technology Co., Ltd.(3)With SPSS 17.0 software analysis,measurement data using mean standard deviasion( sx ?) and the comparesion of measurement data between two groups used t test,count data using x2 analysis,P<0.05 was thought that the diffence haved statistically significant.Resouts:(1)The incidence of multifocal ventricular premature beats was 85.3% in ischemic cardiomyopathy group and monophyletic ventricular premature beats was89.3% innon myocardial ischemia group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The incidence of ventricular premature beats of the left ventricular anterior wall and left ventricular apex were 55%,21.2%,14.7 in ischemic cardiomyopathy group,there were diffence in two groups. compared with non myocardial ischemia group(P<0.05).(3)Respecticely compared with the left ventricular anterior wall and left ventricular apex and the right ventricular anterior wall and right ventricular apex, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)the relationship between ischemic related coronary andoriginal positionsof ventricular prematurebeats(except outflow tract),compared with LAD+LCX+RCA, difference in LAD+LCX、LAD+RCA、LCX+RCA was significant(P<0.05);(5)Compared multifocal ventricular premature beats(except outflow tract) in different coronary artery lesions counts,1and 2、1and 3、2and3 were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The ventricular premature beats were mostly multifocl in ischemic cardiomyopathy,mainly divided into two categories:(1) muscle sleeve ventricular arrhythmias(2)Originated in myocardial ischemia area.2.with the increase of coronary artery lesions counts,the multifocal ventricular premature beats was increased.3.The ventricular premature beats were mostly monophyletic in nonmyocardial ischemia group and originated mostly in right outflow tract.
