LncRNA is one of the non-coding RNA molecules which possesses no protein-coding capacity and transcribes over 200 nucleotides in length.By regulating gene expression at levels of transcription, post-transcriptional processing, and epigenetic modification, LncRNA is involved in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis.Recently, plentiful researches have manifested the close relations between LncRNA and the occurrences, exacerbation of a few malignant tumors. Some LncRNAs are highly related to carcinogenesis, proliferation, metastasis and prognosis of Hepatic carcinoma.Studying on the mechanism of these LncRNAs can be helpful to early-diagnosis, target therapy, and assessing prognosis of Hepatic carcinoma. This article is the review of some latest progress on LncRNAsHepatic Cancer relations.
