| Objective:To investigate the correlation between the patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and allergic factors.Method 97 patients with chronic sinusitis(I type 30 cases, type Ⅱ 32 cases, Ⅲ type 35 cases) as the experimental group, 20 cases of patients with nasal septum deviation(except allergy history) related serology testing: Peripheral eosinophilic neutropenia(EOS), serum total IgE and serum specific IgE(sIgE) detection. Discussions with allergy-related factors, the application SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysisResult:1.Compared with control group, the peripheral blood eosinophilia, serum total IgE, serum specific IgE expression in type I sinusitis in patients with no statistical difference(P > 0.1),but expressed in type ⅡandⅢpatients was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.97 cases of chronic sinusitis in patients with serum specific IgE positive results of 53 cases, sinusitis Ⅰtype single allergen was 4 cases, two kinds of allergen was 2 cases, more than three was just 1 case; Ⅱtype chronic sinusitis was 6 cases in which a single allergens, two in 5 cases, three and more than was 10 cases; type single allergen chronic sinusitis was 6 cases, two kinds of Ⅲ was 7 cases, more than three was 12 cases.3. On histopathologic observation polyps sections 52 cases of eosinophilic infiltration,15 cases who have two or more surgery show 12 of eosinophilic infiltration. Conclusion:The relationship between type Ⅰsinusitis in patients with allergic proportion was about 20%, the relationship between type sinusitis in patients with Ⅱallergic proportion about 60%, the relationship between Ⅲ about 70%;The blood eosinophilia counts high in serologic test and the level of eosinophil infiltration in specimens of nasal polyps check suggest the existence of a higher recurrence rate;It could be used as a basic index of the patients with allergic constitution whose blood eosinophilia counts high in serologic test and the nasal allergy symptoms was positive in chronic rhinosinusitis patients. It’s necessary to take allergy treatment with chronic rhinosinusitis patients that was checked the blood eosinophilia counts high. |
