Prognosis Of Affect For The High Level Of Intracranial Aneurysm Of Patients Conservative Treatment After 12h Retreatment

Objective:Clinical Surgery of the most common intracranial aneurysm is a disease, it is the internal wall of the blood vessel is due to congenital or developmental defects caused by excessive pressure inside the vessel wall prolapse, it will affect the prognosis or life-threatening if not treated in time, over the years, surgical treatment(clipping &embolism), and the prognosis is still a hot topic of research in the field of neurosurgery,highly controversial. Based on this, we retrospectively analyzed intracranial aneurysms Hunt-HessⅣ-Ⅴlevel of conservative treatment in patients with first 12 h after surgical treatment and emergency surgery immediately compare the way the case was observed prognosis.Methods:Patients with stage Aneurysm Hunt-Hess Ⅳ-Ⅴintracranial Shanxi Hospital of the analysis, a total of 32 cases in 2012.1-2014.7(Ⅳ grade 24 cases, Ⅴgrade 8 cases),patients were randomly divided into two groups of 16, to suspend operation group——admitted conservative treatment 12 h after surgical treatment, immediate surgery group—— emergency surgical treatment, the treatment of neurological prognosis evaluated before and after treatment in patients with neurological and statistical analysis in the first1,3,6 months.Results:1) According to the clinical data were analyzed:The two groups were balanced at baseline, no significant difference(P> 0.05);2) Suspend the operation group with immediate surgery group:(1) Preoperative: two groups of preoperative neurologic Glasgow score(GOS) results suggest that:The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);(2)1 month postoperative: the two groups for postoperative neurological Glasgow score(GOS) The results suggest that: the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);(3)3 month postoperative: the two groups for postoperative neurological function modified Rankin Scale score results suggest that: the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);(4)6 month postoperative: the two groups for postoperative neurological function modified Rankin Scale score results suggest that: the difference was not statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:With high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage conservative treatment 12 h after surgical treatment prognosis after the first six months of a certain effect, described previously treated conservatively prognosis benefit, but long-term effects need to be further proof.
