| Objective:Improve the recognition of chronic lymphocytic leukemia / small lymphocytic lymphoma(CLL/SLL). Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 2 cases of clinical data of CLL treatment, discuss the progress of the pathogenesisã€prognosisã€diagnosis and treatment in the CLL. Results:The clinical manifestations of 2 patients were different, show a high degree of clinical heterogeneity of CLL. Conclusion:CLL is a highly heterogeneous mature B lymphocytes malignant clonal disease. With the more clinical trials and the improvement of the laboratory research techniques of multi-centers, the prognostic indicators of CLL prognostic indicators become improving,the understanding on cytogenetics of CLL is more precision. But because of the low incidence of domestic CLL, the experience of treatment of CLL is still lacking. |
