Objective:The aim of this study is to analyze the risk factors of hypoalbuminaemia in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage, to explore the relationship between serum albumin level and the prognosis of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage, and to verify the effect on prognosis of administering human albumin during management spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage of patients. Methods:Data of 154 spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage patients were collected, which were treated in the Department of Neurosurgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University since Feb 2014 to Dec 2014. All data were analyzed statistical by SPSS17 software, with the ?2 test for numerationdata and Logistic for multiple factor relations.Results:105 of 154 patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage have problem of hypoalbuminaemia, with the ratio of 68.2%. 50 of the 105 patients with hypoalbuminaemia have worse outcome, while only 8 out of 49 for patients without hypoalbuminaemia. This shows that patients with hypoalbuminaemia has worse outcome. With a comprehensive analysis of multiple factors, malnutrition hyperglycemia pulmonary infection and HCT are the factors to induce hypoalbuminaemia for patients of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion:The risk factors of hypoalbuminaemia in patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage contain nutritional status malnutrition hyperglycemia pulmonary infection and HCT. And hypoalbuminaemia is a triger factor of worse outcome. Human albumin administration has no positive cure effect to hypoalbuminaemia.
