Objective:To investigate the relationship between the GSTP1 gene polymorphism and non-hodgkin lymphoma(NHL) chemotherapy effect and sid effects of chemotherapy in patients with correlation.Methods:100 cases of NHL patients were included in our study,Collected from December2013 to December 2015 in shanxi, shanxi academy of medical sciences, shanxi dayi hospital, hospitalized patients with lymphatic oncology were confirmed by pathological morphology and immunohistochemical examination, according to the WHO classification of lymphoid neoplasms 2008.All of the patients were treated with CHOP or CHOP-based chemotherapy. All patients before chemotherapy were not be boost platelet and white blood cells.Bone marrow inhibition degree by the world health organization(who) acute or subacute toxicity classification standard anti-cancer drugs.Peripheral blood samples before access to treatment. Results:Of the 100 NHL patients,62 cases AA genotype, accounting for 62% of the total,AG genotype 34 cases, 34% of the total;GG genotype 4 cases, 4% of the total.Inhibitor in patients with bone marrow leucocyte reduce 35 cases(35%), and reduced hemoglobin in7 cases(7%), thrombocytopenia in 27 cases(27%).GSTP1105GA/GG genotype and AA genotype in white blood cells inhibition rate are34.2% and 35.5% respectively, the difference was not statistically significant(P =0.897).GSTP1105GA/GG genotype and AA genotype in red blood cell inhibition rate are7.9% and 6.5% respectively, the difference was not statistically significant(P =0.784).GSTP1105GA/GG genotype and AA genotype in platelet inhibition rate are39.5% and 19.4% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.028, see table 3).
