Relationship Between Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hyponea Syndrome And Ischemic Ophthalmopathy

Objective:By the study of the relationship between OSAHS(Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hyponea Syndrome) and IOP(Ischemic ophthalmopathy).To investigate the pathogenesis of IOP, and to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as early intervention. Methods:Selected 35 cases of patients with IOP who presented to Shanxi DaYi hospital between January 2015 to December 2015 and 35 normal people were enrolled as control.We gather medical history of the research object which included age,sex, the history of smoking /alcohol /hypertension /diabetes /hyperlipidemia.All of them underwent the examination of polysomnography,then recorded its results. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the age and sex.Based on the multiariable lohistic regressionn analysis,the incidence of ischemic ophthalmopathy was positively correlated with OSAHS,hypertension, hyperlipidemia. Conclusion:There is a relationship between IOP and OSAHS,hypertension, hyperlipidemia.
