Potassium citrate is widely used in clinical prevention and treatment of urinary stones first-line drugs. Accelerated test showed that self-made potassium citrate sustained-release pellets have no significant change.By fitting the in vitro release model release mechanism has an understanding of the drug potassium citrate. The results showed that sustained-release pellets accords with first order release model.
