The soild fermentation process of Fomitopsis pinicola and the acute toxicology,antitumor activity, immune regulation activity of the soild fermentation product were studied. Then the chewable tablets of soild fermentation product of Fomitopsis pinicola were developed.In the study of solid fermentation process of Fomitopsis pinicola,the optimum liquid medium was as followed: yeast 20g/L, glucose 20g/L, peptone 10g/L,magneium sulfate 0.5g/L, Monopotassium phosphate 1g/L, vitamin B1 0.1g/L with dry hyphae quality as index. In experiment of soild fermentation, the best conditions were as followed: inoculation 16mL/bottle, dark adaptation 25 d, temperature23℃-26℃, humidity 40%-50%, carbon dioxide concentration 350PPM-500 PPM with accumulation volume of hyphae as index. In detemination of nutrient content, the content of protein, fat, ash were respectively 12.7%, 7.4%, 1.4% in fruiting body and8.42%, 4.36%, 1.3% in fermentation mycelium.Acute toxicity tests were investigated with KM mice as material to ensure the safety of the produts of soild fermentation product of Fomitopsis pinicola.The mice received orally by 10000 mg/(kg·d) for 14 days. The results showed that mice were in good condition without dieing. The mice’ organs and weights were unchanged as well.The inhibition rate of high and moderate dose of the solid fermentation product were 66.66% and 64.70% respectively, showing good activities of anti-tumor(P<0.01)as compared with the negative group. The HE section observation showed necrosis in H22 cells was induced by solid fermentation product with high, moderate and low doses. The content of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ under the treatment of high and low dose of the product was significantly increased higher compared with the control. In addition, high, moderate and low dose of the product could reduce the level of MDA,and increase the levels of SOD, CAT and GSH-PX. It proved that solid fermentation product of F. pinicola had potential of anti-tumor and anti-oxidation in vivo.In immune regulation of soild fermentation produt of Fomitopsis pinicola on normal mice experiment, the results showed the level of haemolysin of high dose group was 53.29, which was higher than the 48.65 of normal group significantly. It indicated that soild fermentation product of Fomitopsis pinicola could improve immunity. In delayed allergy experiment, foot thickening value of soild fermentationproduct high group and medium group were 0.96 and 0.79. It showed that soild fermentation product of Fomitopsis pinicola could improve cellular immune. In immune regulation experiment, the levels of haemolysin of high group and medium group of soild fermentation product were 90.56 and 87.32(P<0.01, P<0.05). The T-cell conversion and macrophage phagocytic index of high group and medium group of soild fermentation product of Fomitopsis pinicola increased significantly.The preparation technology of solid fermentation product of Fomitopsis pinicola chewable tablets was studied. Solid fermentation product of Fomitopsis pinicola were used as the main material of the chewable tablets. 95% ethanol were selected as adhesive. The optimum formular was 50% solid fermentation product of Fomitopsis pinicola, 25% erythritol, 10% mannitol, 13% soft corn, 1% citric acid and 1%magnesium stearate.
