Nuclear medicine has obvious advantages in medical diagnosis and treatment, the application is also very extensive. At the same time, the work of radiation protection is a very important content in the process of nuclear medicine diagnosis and treatment. In the nuclear medicine, although clinical results are accurate,, it still inevitably bring about a certain radiation hazard. Therefore, both internal and external irradiation, are the focus of the study of radiation protection in nuclear medicine.For internal exposure, based on the relevant data of Chinese women’s reference,using MCNP to construct the human body model of Chinese adult women, used to calculate the dose. The aim is to calculate the specific absorption fraction of the target organ under different X-ray energy through the MCNP calculation, and to calculate the absorbed dose of the human organ by the internal irradiation. To provide a reference for the study of the radiation dose of the patients and the protection of the patients.For external radiation, this paper focuses on three groups, which of nuclear medicine and medical staff due to work environment determines the long-term in the higher energy radiation. Therefore, the use of personal dose monitoring methods to grasp the situation of the population. Public group will be exposed to radiation exposure to patients who intake of radioactive drugs. Patients and patients will cause mutual irradiation, also need to take appropriate protective measures. So this paper studies and discusses the three groups of people.In this paper, we compare the efficiency of the proposed model by using the brain as the source organ and comparing the specific absorption fraction of the main organs under the 1 Me V energy in different models. By calculating, the absorption fraction of the main organs of 99 m Tc patients was obtained, and the absorbed dose of the liver was calculated bytaking the liver imaging as an example. In addition, a hospital in Jiangxi Province, 10 cases of patients taking 99 m Tc markers were selected, using the experimental method to measure the dose level around the patient, in order to analyze the environment caused by radiation.In this paper, a Chinese adult female human body model is established, which enriches the research database of human body model, and provides a more precise result for the study of the dose of irradiation in China. It also provides reference and help for the research of nuclear medicine and the development of new radionuclide. The results obtained in this paper provide a basis for the evaluation of radiation protection in nuclear medicine.
