Ultrasound imaging is an important diagnostic technology in the field of medical imaging diagnosis, it plays an important role in both clinical diagnosis and medicine research. Ultrafast ultrasound imaging contains all imaging technology which are referred to the high frame rate scanning, of which the plane wave imaging is the most comprehensive and thorough, its application are also the most widely used. Compared with the traditional focusing imaging technology, the frame rate of the plane wave imaging is much higher, both the real-time performance and the image quality are better, especially it has a better performance in the area of Doppler imaging.Ultrasound Doppler imaging technique in the hardening of the arteries plays an important role in diagnosis and prevention. Clinical diagnosis often cooperate with other detection technology, implementation of the elasticity of the arteries and blood flow features of comprehensive diagnosis. In this paper, arteriosclerosis detection method based on plane wave imaging, complete testing work on the elasticity of blood vessels and blood flow characteristics through independent ultrasound system.This paper is based on ultrasonic data modeling and simulation. By studying the relation between the flow velocity and the movement of vessel, the simulation model is set up and uses the Field II simulation software to carry on the plane wave imaging simulation, thus acquiring a predictable result of ultrasonic signal data, in order to study and verification of plane wave imaging results.Color Doppler imaging based on plane wave uses the autocorrelation estimation algorithm to calculate the average frequency of the frequency domain from the ultrasound signal, combined with Doppler formula to get the flow velocity. Finally the flow velocity display on the image through color map which shows the flow velocity and area, and realize the detection of vessel structure.Pulse wave velocity detection technology detects the pulse wave velocity by analyzing the vessel motion state. According to the vessel velocity graph which is obtained by pulse wave imaging, we can see the change rule of the pulse wave velocity in the local vessel. Also, it is easily to take qualitative analyze and make a prediction of the vessel elasticity.Finally, the simulation using blood vessels with sclerosis plaques model, respectively to design good blood flow detection function and pulse wave velocity testing function for simulation and analysis, as well as to verify the exactness of the function to observe sclerosis plaques on blood flow velocity and the influence of pulse wave velocity.
