The Research On The Effect Of Acupuncture Treating On The Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients By Different Period

Objective According to the observation on acupuncture treating the acute cerebral infarction by different period,which is mainly based on the score of the nerve function defect and the daily life ability.The time-effect relationship of treating the acute cerebral infarction is been discussed.Methods The cases were be divided into 3 groups by the time of intervening,that’s treatment groupⅠ(3 days),treatment groupⅡ(10 days) and the control group;the former two groups chose RENZHONG、BAIHUI、DAZHUI、FENGFU as the main points,accompanied with the points of YANGMING meridian in the affected side,while the latter group was just take drugs. The clinical effects was observed by the associated scales.Results①the score of nerve function defect scale,and the score of the three groups all decrease.The 3 group’s score of nerve function defect scale have the statistic difference after treatment(P＜0.01),and the groupⅠand groupⅡare lower than the drug group,groupⅠis lower than groupⅡ.②Barthel index:the score of the three groups rise obviously after the treatment.The 3 group’s Barthel index after treatment have the statistic difference(P＜0.01),and the groupⅠand groupⅡare higher than the drug group,groupⅠis higher than groupⅡ.③clinical effect:the total efficiency rate of the treatment groupⅠis 95%,of which the 20%recover,65%effective obviously,10%progress,while the total efficiency rate of the treatment groupⅠis 85%,of which the 10%recover,60% effective obviously,15%progress,compared with the total efficiency rate of the treatment groupⅠis 75%,of which the 0 recover,45%effective obviously,30% progress.It’s dealt with SPSS,The 3 group’s effect have the statistic difference(P＜0.01),and the result is that the effect of treatment groupⅠand treatment groupⅡis better than the drug group,while the effect of treatment groupⅠis better than treatment groupⅡ.Conclusions Acupuncture treating the acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective.And the disease course of the third day is superior to that of the tenth day.
