Abstract/Summary:
Objective:The"Shengyang Tongdu"acupuncture method was selected as the acupoint prescription,and the improvement of SOD,MDA were improved in order to find out the proper dosage of needle stimulus and standardized,rationalized and standardized acupuncture treatment methods were sought through the trial to guide clinical treatment.Methods:60 inpatients who met the admission criteria and gave their informed consent were randomly divided into four groups,based on a 1:1:1:1 ratio,from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University.The patients were randomly divided into four groups A1,A2,A3 and B according to the ratio of 1:1:1:1,with 15 cases in each group,and blinded by blinding the subjects and efficacy evaluators.In addition to receiving conventional neurology treatment,all the included patients selected"large vertebrae,zhiyang,and life"as the acupoint group prescription,and carried out acupuncture twisting operation according to groups,the twisting frequency of A1 group was 120 times/min,A2 group was 180 times/min,A3group was 240 times/min,all needles were performed for 3 minutes,and only needles were left in group B,and no manual operation was performed.Before acupuncture treatment,48 hours after treatment,and three time nodes after the last acupuncture,the neurological recovery was evaluated by NIHSS scale,TCM syndrome score scale,SOD,and MDA expression levels.After the event,SPS25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis,and the Shapiro-Wilk method was used to test the normality of the measurement data,Measurements that follow a normal distribution are represented as mean±standard deviation using a t-test.Data that do not conform to a normal distribution or have uneven variance are represented by a rank sum test,which is represented by M(P25,P75);The counting data is tested by x~2and expressed as frequency.The repeated measurement was performed by syntax(/EMMEANS=TABLES(group*time)COMPARE(time)ADJ(SIDAK/EMMEANS=T ABLES(group*time)COMPARE(group)ADJ(SIDAK))for simple effect analysis and repeated measurement ANOVA,with P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant.Results:A total of 60 patients were included in this study,including 6 in the treatment group and 2 in the control group.for a total of 8 cases,with a total dropout rate of13.3%.Finally,the data analysis set was 39 cases in the treatment group,including 13cases in the A1 group,14 cases in the A2 group,12 cases in the A3 group and 13cases in the control group.The dropout rate is low,and the patient compliance is acceptable.The general data comparison of the four groups in this study was not statistically significant and comparable.On the NIHSS scale,the time effect was statistically different(F=18.045,P<0.001),not statistically significant between different groups(F=0.408,P=0.748),and there was no interaction between the groups and the time effect(F=1.334,P=0.264).On the TCM syndrome integral scale,the time effect was statistically different(F=80.646,P<0.001),the comparison between different groups was not statistically significant(F=1.080,P=0.367),and there was no interaction between groups and time effects(F=0.623,P=0.660).The results of SOD and MDA level analysis showed that the temporal effects of SOD and MDA levels were statistically different(F=68.363,P=0.000),(F=12.671,P=0.000),and there was a statistically significant difference between different groups(F=3.540,P=0.021),(F=3.463,P=0.023),and there was no interaction between groups and time effects.Conclusion:The neurological function of patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction after treatment by Shengyang Tongdu acupuncture has been greatly enhanced and improved,and the twisting needle with a frequency of 180 times per minute has the best effect when other acupuncture stimulation parameters remain unchanged.
