| Object:In order to observe the clinical effects and Security of the Ultro-micro hu xin kang and Traditional hu xin kang in treating patients with Coronary Heart Disease of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type.Method:60 cases of patients with Coronary Heart Disease of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type were randomly divided into treatment group(Ultro-micro huxinkang) and control group(Traditional huxinkang). All clinical data were compared after 4 weeks’treatment.Results:1. The total effectiveness rate was no significante difference between Ultro-micro huxinkang group and traditional huxinkang group (p>0.05), But the differences of Significant efficiency、angina pectoris and Minus the rate of nitroglycerin stop were statistically significant (P<0.05), in the treatment group compared with the control group.2. Between the groups, ECG effects of difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05)3. The scores of traditional Chinese medical syndrome was statistically significant (P<0.05), in the treatment group compared with the control group.Conclusion:1. Huxinkang can improved Clinical symptoms of patients with Coronary Heart Disease of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type, but the Ultro-micro group to treat the angina pectoris,Minus the rate of nitroglycerin stop and the scores of traditional Chinese medical syndrome all better than the Traditional huxinkang.2. This account for that the Ultro-micro huxinkang treat the CHD better than the traditional. So the Ultro-micro can exercise to clinic abroadly. |
