Clinical Curative Effect Of "Aitong Powder" External Treatment Of The Pain Of Primary Hepatic Carcinoma (Damp-blood Stasis Accumulation Type)

Object:To observe the clinical curative effect of external treatment of "Aitong powder" to the pain of primary hepatic carcinoma (damp-blood stasis accumulation type).Methods:Forty cases of primary hepatic carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups:The treatment group and control group. There were 20 cases in each group. On the basis of normal treatment, the patients was given aitong powder and tramadol in the treatment group, but the patients in control group were given tramadol only.Results:The results showed that there were nine cases of patients were completely released, five cases were significantly released, four cases were partly released, Two cases were invalid in the treatment group. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05). Intensity of the treatment group analgesic treatment group was 5.40±1.82 before treatment. However, it decreased to 1.70±0.87 after treatment, compared with the control group, there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05). The onset time of relieving pain in treatment group was 23.05±6.16 min, and the time of duration was 7.56±0.79 min, compared with the control group,there was a significant difference between then(P<0.05). before treatment, The scores quality of life (QOL) were 54.45±11.51before treatment, however,the scores were decreased to 38.83±12.59 after treatment, compared with the control group, there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:As a new external treatment to the pain of primary hepatic carcinoma, Aitong powder has many advantages, such as higher effects, safer and more convenient, It also can improve the quality of life of the patients and regulate their psychological state. So it can make the patients more satisfactory with the treatment and worth futher clinical application.
