| Objective:To establish the bone cancer pain model of Walker256 breast cancer cells in rats,and to investigate the effect of Aitong An ointment on cancer pain in rats with bone cancer pain.Methods:Twenty-four female SD rats were selected.According to the relevant literature,the rat mo del of bone cancer pain was established by injecting Walker256 breast cancer cell suspension into the right hind tibia of rats.The success of bone cancer pain rat model was determined by imaging detection pathological HE staining and pain behavior.The successful model rats were randomly divided into model group,Chinese medicine external application group and morphine injection group.Each group was given corresponding intervention measures for 21 days.By observing the general condition of rats,paw withdrawal thermal latency(Paw withdrawal thermal latency,PWTL)and spontaneous pain behavior score,the analgesic effect of Aitong An ointment on bone cancer pain rat model was evaluated.Results:1.Compared with the model group,Aitong An ointment external application group can improve the weight gain of rats in general(P<0.05),and there was no difference compared with morphine injection group(P>0.05).2.Compared with the model group,Aitong An ointment external application group can significantly improve bone cancer pain rats PWTL(P<0.05),compared with morphine injection group no difference(P>0.05).3.Compared with the model group,Aitong An ointment external application group can significantly reduce the spontaneous pain score of bone cancer pain rats(P<0.05),compared with morphine injection group no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The rat model of bone cancer pain was successfully established in this study;2.The external application of Aitong An ointment can significantly improve the overall nutritional status(body weight),PWTL and spontaneous pain score of bone cancer pain rats.The external application of Aitong An ointment has a certain improvement effect on the pain of rats with bone cancer pain. |
