| Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Aitong Powder combined with paracetamol and dihydrocodeine tablets on qi stagnation and blood stasis type liver cancer with mild to moderate cancer pain,the mechanism of Aitong Powder was explored to provide clinical data for external treatment of cancer by traditional Chinese medicineMethods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(cancer dissipative external application combined with aminophenidate tablets)and the control group(only oral administration of aminophenol dihydrocodeine).7 days was a course of treatment.After treatment,the changes of pain scores,pain relief time,pain duration,number of pains,TCM syndromes and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Assess the clinical efficacy of the party.Results: 1.The experimental group was better than the control group in alleviating pain,shortening the cumulative time of pain,reducing the number of outbreaks of pain,improving TCM syndromes(pain,fatigue),improving the quality of life,and reducing adverse drug reactions(nausea and vomiting)(P <0.05).2.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of improving TCM syndromes(chest tightness,hi gluttony,lumps,eating less,belching,etc.),improving physical strength,reducing headaches,lethargy,constipation,and skin adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cancer pain scattered in the treatment of mild to moderate cancer pain of liver qi stagnation and blood stasis type can reduce the pain level of patients,shorten the pain time,improve the main TCM syndromes of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce adverse drug reactions,and external application of Aitong Powder relieves patients Due to the gastrointestinal reaction and liver toxicity caused by oral drugs,it has certain attenuating and synergistic effects,and provides another effective way for clinical treatment of cancer pain,which can be used as a clinical adjuvant drug. |
