| [Objective]:To investigate the treatment effects of Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Fang on experimental herosclerosis and hyperlipidemia Quails, and explore the possible pharmacological mechanism and provide experimental evidence for clinical application.[Methods]:Using high-fat diet feeding at herosclerosis and hyperlipidemia Quails everyday. Model animals twice a day were given high fat diet 10 g (with cholesterol 1.0 g, lard 1.4 g, vegetable oil 0.6 g, based feed 7.9 g). In the four weeks, observing blood lipid raise and the form of aorta A of animals to confirm the model succeeds. Then, we treat it with Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Fang after the model succeed, and continued to give high fat diet feeding. In the administration five weeks and nine weeks after the carotid artery were taken, high-speed refrigerated centrifuge, the separation of serum, automatic biochemical analyzer with enzymatic determination of total cholesterol(TC), triacylglycerol(TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C); to turbidity measured C-reactive protein (CRP), apolipoprotein a(apoA), apolipoprotein b(apoB). Moreover, a pathological examination was taked on the aorta. [Result]:Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Fang can significantly depress blood lipid animals model TC,TG, but the effect of Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Fang to LDL-C appeared only after the medicine was given 9 weeks, the role of HDL-C was not obvious. Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Fang can reduce apoB,increased apoA, reduce TC, TG of heart and liver tissues, reduce serum inflammatory factors CRP, improve endothelial function. The pathological examination display that the extent and severity of atherosclerosis of high-dose Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Tablet group were less than those of atherosclerosis group.[Conclusion]:Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Fang may play an important role for a better therapeutic effect in atherosclerosis Quails with hyperlipidemias model, its mechanism may be related to depress blood lipids, improve vascular endothelial function, inhibition of the level of inflammation. |
