The questionnaire survey was selected in this study. In order to investigate576students,’weve used Regulatory Emotional Self-Efifcacy Scale, the Eysencsk PersonalityQuestionnaire and Subjective Happiness Questionnaire. The relations among regulatoryemotional self-efficacy, the personality traits and subjective well-being were analyzed on thebasis of collected data. The results are as follows:(I) Regulatory emotional self-eiffcacy, personality traits and subjective well-beingwere correlated with each other. Regulatory emotional self-efifcacy and psychosis andneurosis of personality traits were significantly negatively correlated, andintroversion-extroversion and self-esteem were significantly positively correlation. Lifesatisfaction, positive emotions and the sense of well-being showed a significant positivecorrelation, and negative correlated with negative emotions. The vairous dimensions ofpersonality traits and subjective well-being dimension were significantly correlated.(II)Regulatory emotional self-efficacy and personality traits predicted the subjectivewell-being. Neurosis, introversion-extroversion and perceived self-efifcacy in expressingpositive affect could predict life satisfaction. Regulatory emotional self-eiffcacy,introversion-extroversion, psychosis and perceived self-efficacy in managing despondencycould predict the positive affection. Neurosis, Psychosis and regulatory emotionalself-efficacy played the role of predicting the negative affection. Introversion-extroversion,perceived self-efficacy in expressing positive affect and neurosis can predict the SWB.(III)By the way of path analysis, regulatory emotional self-eiffcacy, personality traitsand subjective well-being of the structural equation regression effect is significant. Psychosisand the introversion-extroversion affected positive affection and negative affection byinfluencing perceived self-efficacy in expressing positive affect. Neurosis affected positiveaffection by regulating perceived self-efficacy in managing anger. Regulatory emotionalself-efifcacy was the mediator factor.
