Jia Shu Shan Fang Anthology Annotation

Li Zhongjian(1721-1781), from Hebei Renqiu. His courtesy name is Lianyi，and hisreading room name is Jiu Shu Xuan or Jia Shu Xuan or Jia Shu Shan Fang. His great booksare Jia Shu Shan Fang Anthology which has eighteen volumes，and Jia Shu Shan FangCollected Words which has six volumes.Li Zhongjian was one of greatest poets in Qing dynasty, he was once knew as “YingzhouSeven Scholars” as well as Ji Xiaolan, Liu Bing, Ge Dai, Bian Lianbao, Bian Jizu, Ge Tao. Hehas a great overview of the entire time of China, he respected in the poetry aspectsof the poetic tradition of the Han&Tang dynasties and the Song dynasty, but he doesnot keep the restrained form of Han&Wei dynasty, or hold restrained situation of Tang andSong dynasties. Therefore, it’s a very great value to organize and research the Jia Shu ShanFang Anthology.According to Jia Shu Shan Fang Anthology which has eighteen volumes and publishedin Jiaqing6th year of Qing dynasty which is collected in Hebei University library,and Li WenYuan Poems Manuscripts which is collected by Li Zhonglin who is Li Zhongjian`s posterityto finish this paper.Li Zhongjian failed in Qianlong10th year`s Central Examination, and passed inQianlong13th year`s Central Examination. From then on, Li Zhongjian entered theofficialdom, and constantly reached higher promotion of his career path, but he losed hisrank because of the Wang Lun Case in Qianlong39th year, and until old age. His book JiaShu Shan Fang Anthology registered his entire mental journey, and its contents include theAntiphon Poetry, the Homesickness Poetry, the Farewell Poetry, the Lyric Poetry, theChanting Poetry, and a great deal of Travels. Beyond these, Li Zhongjian wrote several ofpoetry about local conditions and customs during his duty of work.This paper collated Li Zhongjian`s book of poems and made the relevant notes, and wenta step further to analyze the content of poetry and the artistic traits of it on the basis of fullunderstanding about Li Zhongjian and the version information of his book of poems, andhoping academia could value it and use it well according to above arranges and studies on JiaShu Shan Fang Anthology.
