Study On Security Warning Mechanism Of China’s Cultural Industry

China is a country of rich cultural resources and short history of culture industry development. The whole industry is at an early stage of its development, and compared to western countries which have well-developed culture industry, its products lack of competitiveness. Therefore, with China joining WTO and the deepening of globalization, cultural market in China is more and more open, culture industry in China is impacted by various external factors and the security of culture industry is severely threatened. The demand of building an early-warning mechanism for culture industry and protecting its security is becoming increasingly pressing.This thesis first analyzes and summarizes the current research status of culture industry security early-warning, its theoretic basis, and the internal and external causes that lead to the security problems of this industry. Then a culture industry security evaluation system is built on the basis of the practical situation of China. Based on the relevant statistics of China culture industry from2002to2010, the author also builds a China culture industry early-warning model by Principal Component Analysis and BP Network Model. At last, in order to make the early-warning mechanism function properly, a China culture industry early-warning management system is built, and a series of safeguarding measures for the development of early-warning mechanism in areas such as human resources, capital, organization and technology are proposed.The overall study shows that, from2002to2010, the development of China culture industry is on the rise as a whole, the integrated competitiveness of the industry is enhanced to certain extent, though the degree of security in culture industry is fluctuating in this period due to some factors, the general development trend is rising. Meanwhile, if examine and predict the data of culture industry (2002to2010) in BP network model, it can be found that the early-warning made by BP is basically in line with that of real-life situation. Thus a conclusion can be drawn that, leveraging the combination of principal component analysis and BP network model is good for the evaluation and early-warning of the security in China culture industry. What’s more, the running of early-warning mechanism needs a comprehensive and effective culture industry early-warning which, is composed of the monitoring system, early, the warning mechanism, the rapid feedback mechanism and the anti-jamming mechanism and a series of safeguarding measures such as human resources, capital, organization and technology.
