Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous improvement of living standards,people have higher requirements for their own health,which accelerates the development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and expands the scale.The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in helping people’s healthy life,the epidemic and the earthquake and other sudden disasters,making it more and more the focus of attention of the whole society.With the rapid development of the industry and the characteristics of high-risk pressure in the industry,the psychological pressure and psychological crisis of the employees are prominent.As the main production force,the psychological state of the front-line employees directly affects the production efficiency,which needs to pay special attention.However,under the existing human resource management system of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,very few enterprises will give early warning and management to the psychological crisis of the front-line production employees.Under the background of the psychological health of the front-line employees,this paper comprehensively analyzes the necessity of early warning,and constructs the early warning evaluation index system based on the early warning management theory and Maslow’s demand level theory.On the basis of previous literature research on employee psychological crisis early warning,after further screening,supplement and elimination by Delphi expert consultation method,5 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators were finally determined as important meta-indicators of psychological crisis early warning and evaluation for front-line employees of pharmaceutical production.The hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the weight of each early warning index,and the early warning level and evaluation standard are clearly defined,a systematic early warning evaluation index system is constructed,and its main functions,operation methods and matters for attention are introduced.By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the overall psychological situation of the front-line employees of JX Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.was analyzed effectively,and 23 workshop employees were selected to investigate and evaluate them to test the actual operability of the evaluation index system.After fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the overall psychological condition of JX Pharmaceutical is in a low crisis,the safety index is the highest score,followed by ownership and love index;the two indicators are basic work security and organizational fairness,interpersonal relationship and work safety factors in the three indicators,etc,sudden crisis events,mood and pressure.In order to further verify the reliability of the evaluation results,and extract four workshop staff interview survey,comprehensive found that its work pressure,too cautious at work,sensitive,suspicious,fear of accidents,and poor workplace environment,greater labor intensity,less benefits,obviously have certain psychological crisis,and the early warning index system of the dominant factors.In view of the main crisis factors,countermeasures were put forward for the early warning management of JX Pharmaceutical employees from the two aspects of production safety and employee care,and management suggestions were proposed according to the current situation of psychological crisis warning of pharmaceutical enterprises,so as to help them do a good job in the psychological crisis warning management of front-line production employees.This paper studies the psychological crisis of pharmaceutical manufacturing line employees,based on the principle of "nip in the bud",aims to build a system to timely,effectively and professional evaluation of the production line employees,to ensure that the pharmaceutical enterprises to and can prevent or avoid the psychological crisis,to promote the mental health of pharmaceutical manufacturing line employees has important theoretical significance and practical value.
