In Chinese traditional agricultural society, land and house are the most basic conditionsfor farmers survival and development..However, title deeds are the most important evidenceto protect farmers’ rights and interests. The existing land deeds provides an importanthistorical data for us to study the traditional Chinese social economy and law. For Academicstudies of contract, most of them focus on the perspective of legal history or social history.Reveal which reflects the legal and social issues in the contracts. And from the geographicalposition,the majority of them based on Huizhou, Fujian and other places. Few research monograph onthe study of title deeds about Shandong area.
