Textual Research On The Words Of The Tumote Land Contract From The Qing Dynasty To The Guihua City Of The Republic Of China

Guihua tumd land contract is precious historical documents and materials of the area,the contract is about from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.Compared with other literatures,tumd contracts has characteristics of authenticity,richness,nationality,familial and so on.Study on the use of the words to tumd contract could learn contract terms better,can reflect the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China People's original language use of Guihua City area.This paper use method of exegetics to make textual criticisms and explanations for the words in tumd contract,To better understand the tumd contract documents,can also provide reference for large-scale tool and compilation of professional contract dictionary,is conducive to the study of history,legal subjects.The article is divided into two parts.The first part is a summary of this paper,including the research scope,research status and characteristics of classification,tumd contract,research significance,research problems and methods.The second part is the main body of this paper,mainly tumd contract documents research and lexicography,the selected words are usually often appear in the contract,and not included in the dictionary,words are not complete or for instance late words.Based on these three kinds of words,you can better understand the contract documents.In the process of explaining words,mainly using parallelism induction,judge shape,using language environment,dialect evidence and other methods.Through this study,hope to achieve:first,accurately understand difficult words which appear in the contract,and provide some reference for the compilation of dictionaries.
