On The Rural Cultural Construction Of Liaoning Province

Rural culture is all kinds of spiritual wealth creation through practice，where is inthe framework of the rural society. The form of it is rich and colorful. And embodiesthe peasants’ consciousness, spirit, moral concepts, value systems, and influences thepeasants’ life style, leisure style, consumption patterns, and ways of thinking directlythe reality. The rural culture shows diversity, simplicity and characteristics ofvulnerability in the continuous historical change. The rural cultural construction ofLiaoning Province is basis for Marx rural cultural construction thought, Mao Zedongrural cultural construction thought, the rural cultural construction thought of Chinacharacteristic socialism theory.At present, rural culture construction of Liaoning province has made certainachievements, but there are many problems. The problems include the lower theoverall cultural quality of farmers of Liaoning Province, the slow development of therural cultural industrial, the low level of protection, inheritance, development of folkculture. These problems are caused by many factors, including social transition period,the development of rural cultural imbalance, the absence of government, unreasonableof the mechanism, system of rural cultural construction. In order to solve theproblems of rural culture construction and further strengthen the construction of ruralculture of Liaoning province, Liaoning province should strengthen the education ofcultural propaganda, improve the cultural quality of farmers, innovation developmentpattern of rural cultural industry, protection, inheritance, development of folk culture.
