Study On The Rural Cultural Construction In Liaoning Province

Building a new socialist countryside is our party’s primary task and its core content is to promote rural cultural construction and provide intellectual and spiritual support for building new rural areas.From the perspective of constructing new socialist rural life,only through the protection and realization of the cultural rights and interests of the peasants can we really strengthen the cultural construction so as to achieve common prosperity and development.This paper studies the current situation of rural culture construction in Liaoning Province,and then studies the development of rural culture construction in the countryside,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in the process of rural cultural construction.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,emphasizing the innovation of this research,namely in view of the current situation of rural cultural construction in Liaoning Province,specific analysis of the problems and suggestions to solve the problems are made in the study.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of Marx’s theory of rural cultural construction and especially emphasizes the theoretical basis for the cultural construction by the Chinese Marxism doctrine.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the construction and development of rural culture in Liaoning province from the aspects of nature,humanity and economy,as well as the comparative advantages of Liaoning province over other provinces in this field.The fourth chapter lists some problems in present rural culture construction in Liaoning province and analyses the reasons.The problems include the regulatory issues in management and development,rural-specific shortcomings in development and economic construction.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems encountered in the construction and development of rural culture,and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of famers on the basis of my working experience in the countryside.
