The Survey And Study About Employment Rate Of Postgraduates In Majoring In Teaching Chinese To Speakers Of Other Languages Of Three Universities In Liaoning Province

With the deepening of world multipolarity,economic globalization,cultural diversity,Chinese culture and Chinese language are more and more popular.With the development of the MTCSOL there are the contradictions between the shortage of the foreign Chinese teachers in abroad and the difficulties of employment of the MTCSOL graduates.This paper from the perspective of the employment analyzes the employment situation of graduates of the MTCSOL.This paper takes the samples of the 2015-2017 masters degree Chinese graduates of Liaoning University,Shenyang University and Dalian Foreign Language University as the objects of research.This paper uses the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method to carry on the data statistics.The paper mainly analyzed from the employment status,the quality of employment,employment stress and the influence of the plans of professional training.The research is divided into five parts.The first part includes the background of this research?the content of research?the meaning of research and the research means.The second part about the literature review.The third part introduces questionnaire design explanations,reorganization and collection.The fourth part gives the main conclusion draw by previous study.The last part gives the suggestions based on the factors influencing the employment of the MTCSOL.According to the survey data and results,we can find that the employment of status of MTCSOL is not ideal.First,few graduates can find a job related to their major.Second,the domestic employment rate less than the overseas rate.Third,the course system did not appear to influence the employment of the MTCSOL.
