Mo Yan’s Literature Analysis

Literary creation is a writer’s aesthetic reflection of social life, is also a process which awriter feel, experience and understand passionately to creat the artistic. But literary creation isclosely connected with writer’s basic view of literature, in the final, analysis is a writer’snecessary literature reflect in the creative practice. Chinese contemporary writer, Mo Yan, asthe winner of the Nobel Prize for literature, whose literary achievements are obvious to all ofus, therefore, the research of Mo Yan has been an academic focus in the contemporary literaryworld. Mo Yan’s current study, however, focuses on the discussion on its works, very fewpeople involved in the creative thoughts and literary ideas of serious investigation, lack morereasonable analysis which is systemic and deeply in this field.Therefore, this paper proposed on the basis of predecessors’ research results, removethe focus from Mo Yan’s works, and mainly focused on various literature views of Mo Yan,proposed to tease out Mo Yan’s some fundamental point of view about literature, thus try tomake a comprehensive and systematic summary of Mo Yan’s literature view and basicconcept on his creative work. Specifically, the paper from the review of literature and creativeideas of Mo Yan, using relevant knowledge of literary theory, mainly discussed the followingthree issues:First, Mo Yan’s thought about the relationship between literature and life. He notonly emphasizes the real life, especially the importance of childhood experience of the writer,and a greater emphasis on literature of reality beyond character, thus inspire us: writer shoulddeal with the relationship between literature and reality.Second,Mo Yan’s emphasis on literarytradition. He emphasized to study the advanced experience of foreign literature, andemphasizes to inherit the national outstanding literary tradition, especially must absorb thelively folk literature tradition, and thus inspires us: writer should contribute to thecomplementary advantages of national literature and world literature.Third, Mo Yan’s highlypraise on the innovation of literature. He argues that the writer should be in succession on thebasis of innovation, form its own unique literary world, thus pushing the originality of literary,and attaches great importance to the innovation ability necessary for literature.This constitutes the basic chapter structure of the paper. This study helps to deepen theunderstanding of Mo Yan and his literary works, also has certain reference value for thecreation of the writer and enlightening significance.
