Undoubtedly, Wang meng is one of the most important writers in theChinesecontemporary literature.As a contemporary scholar Wangmenghavethetemperament of youth culture, from the "Seventeen Years" to the "Great CulturalRevolution of China",from the “New period”to the”New Century”, always maintaineda strong artistic creativity in decades.With his majestic life and passionate literarycreation, Wangmeng plays an important rolein the Chinese contemporary literature.Wang Mengnot only recorded the youth of the individual but wrote the firstgeneration of the youth. Youth writing in the Wangmeng’s literary works rich contant,because of the praise, pursuit and reflection on the youth.This paper consists of five parts: introduction, body of three chapters(Poetic idealand pursuit of youth, The variation of the love and redemption of youth, Thereflection of youth and the value of writing)and the language summary. Preface partincludes three parts:Wang meng’s biography and writing situation,the research onWangmeng’s novels and Wang meng youth characteristics of Wangmeng’s novels.The first chapter is Poetic ideal and pursuit of youth.We can learn from the phasecharacteristics of his creation and the Wang meng’s life experiences:Revolution andideal coexistence--the experience of youth, Vicissitudes of life is consistent withenthusiasm--youth return, ideal rekindle. These two aspects to interpret the theme ofthe growth and the ideal in the writting of youth of Wangmeng’s noveis. The secondchapter is The variation of the love and redemption of youth. We can learn from Wangmeng’s own experienceand description of love in his novels:regretless for love--thesong of youth,love--helpless of youth. These two aspects to show the theme of puppylove and affection in the writting of youth of Wangmeng’s noveis. The third part isThe reflection of youth and the value of writing.It analyzes in wangmeng’s"reflections on growth of the youth","reflections on the youth love", andthe"balance of faith and reason" in the process of creation and reflection.From wangmeng’s "irreplaceable character of youth" and "incurable optimism" interpreted andsummarized the value of wang meng’s youth writing. Conclusion part emphasizes wang meng’s unique youth writing not only has literary value, but also has youth andaesthetic value.
