The Research Of Hezedapingdiao Opera Artistic Feature And Concert

Dapingdiao,one old kind of Bangzi tune system, is one of theimportant local operas in Shandong. It has a history of over threehundred years. At first, it was a branch of Henan Bangzi tune system,then was introduced into Heze, through Dongming (at the junction ofShandong Province and Henan Province). In Heze,it gradually integratedwith the local dialect, cultures and folk arts, and also transplanted part ofShandong Bangzi, Laiwu Bangzi and some others, then the evolution anddevelopment of Dapingdiao began to grow in Shandong, At last,Bangzi,with more and more local characteristics, became an independentopera.Dapingdiao, in the process of the evolution, due to geographicalfactors and actors’ singing styles, gradually evolved into three schools:the Hedong pingdiao opera (Heze Shandong as the center), Donglupingdiao opera (Puyang, Henan as the center), Xilu pingdiao opera(Huaxian,Henan as the center).This paper takes Heze Dapingdiao as thecenter of study, mainly from its origin, characters of the music andlyrics,accompaniment music and singing.In addition to the introduction andconclusion, there are four chapters. Chapter1is an overview of Heze Dapingdiao which include itsorigin,the development in Heze,as well as the related artists etc. Chapter2mainly introduces the dialects, proverbs and the performing customs thatare involved.Local opera is the epitome of its regional culture. We can geta general idea of the spice of life, the culture and the customs of the localpeople through the dialects, proverbs and performing customs init.Chapter3is the main chapter, which makes a preliminary study on thefeatures of the lyrics of Dapingdiao, musical features, the accompanimentmusic and so on, to show their artistic characteristics. Chapter4, the keypart of this article, mainly talks about the way of singing Dapingdiao,which includes the concert features of Heze Dapingdiao red face,xiaosheng,black face, hualian and dan. This chapter also gives a detailed analysis ofthe skills of the touch up as well as the singing art of the third-generationinheritor of Heze Dapingdiao--HeXiliang,which is the creative point of thisstudy.
